C\u00f4ng \u01b0\u1edbc Vi\u00ean (Vienna) l\u00e0 c\u00f4ng \u01b0\u1edbc v\u1ec1 giao th\u00f4ng \u0111\u01b0\u1eddng b\u1ed9 c\u00f3 86 qu\u1ed1c gia k\u00fd k\u1ebft, Vi\u1ec7t Nam tham gia v\u00e0o n\u0103m 1986.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
